Quantifying DNA Damage with the CometScore™ Freeware
Since the mid-1990s, the comet assay has been used to quantify DNA damage in cells on a worldwide scale. As research continues in this promising field, we want to support scientists in their pursuits. For this reason, TriTek released the CometScore™ software, a free version of the AutoComet™ analysis module. Since this release, the CometScore™ freeware has been downloaded over 6000 times. Our hope is that researchers across the globe will use this software to help them validate the comet assay and bring it into the pharmaceutical mainstream.
